EAU CLAIRE – Eau Claire North scored multiple runs in four different innings to ease past Marshfield 11-3 in a nonconference baseball game on Friday at Carson Park.

Marshfield scored in the top of the first before the Huskies (17-3) pulled away with two runs in the second, three in the third, two more in the fourth and four in the fifth.

Will Fetting and Simon Slade each had RBIs for the Tigers, who fall to 11-7.

Cole Bakkum, Sam Feck and Roscoe Rennock each had two hits for Eau Claire North.

Marshfield finishes its Wisconsin Valley Conference schedule Tuesday at home with a doubleheader against Wausau West. The first game starts at 4 p.m. and both games will be broadcast live at
