ALTOONA – Carson Gunderson had a hat trick to lead the Wisconsin Rapids boys hockey team to an 8-3 win over Regis/Altoona/McDonell in a nonconference matchup Saturday at the Altoona Community Center.


Carson Gunderson added two goals for the Red Raiders, who improve to 3-0 this season.


Wisconsin Rapids will play a nonconference game at Eau Claire North on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
