PITTSVILLE GIRLS BASKETBALL EARNS CWC SOUTH WIN OVER ROSHOLT

PITTSVILLE – Kristin Zdun made five 3-pointers and scored a game-high 15 points to lead the Pittsville girls basketball team to a 43-25 win over Rosholt in a Central Wisconsin Conference South Division matchup Tuesday at Pittsville High School.
Pittsville (8-6, 4-2 Central Wisconsin Conference South Division) rolled out to an 18-10 lead by halftime and outscored the Hornets by 10 points in the second half to earn the victory.
Sarah Trzinski scored 14 points for Rosholt (3-10, 2-5 Central Wisconsin Conference South Division).
Pittsville hosts Tri-County on Thursday and Rosholt will be at home against Almond-Bancroft on Friday in CWC South action.
