PITTSVILLE BOYS BASKETBALL OUTLASTS ROSHOLT IN OVERTIME

ROSHOLT – The Pittsville boys basketball team held Rosholt scoreless in overtime on its way to a 63-53 victory in a Central Wisconsin Conference South Division game Tuesday night at Rosholt High School.
Rosholt overcame a nine-point halftime deficit to force overtime before the Panthers used a 10-0 run to pull out the victory.
Brennen Peterson scored 17 points and Samuel Bowden added 10 for Pittsville (7-12, 3-7 CWC South).
Landon Zinda had 14 points to led Rosholt (7-12, 2-8 CWC South).
Both teams will play CWC South games Friday. Rosholt hosts Tri-County and Pittsville will travel to Port Edwards. The Pittsville game will be live-streamed at zaleskisports.com.
