MARATHON BOYS BASKETBALL KNOCKS OFF NEILLSVILLE

MARATHON – The Marathon boys basketball team ran its record to 3-0 this season with a 71-50 win over Neillsville in a nonconference game between undefeated squads Monday night at Marathon High School.

Game statistics were not provided.

Marathon will travel to Rib Lake for a Marawood Conference crossover game Thursday.

Neillsville (2-1) plays a Cloverbelt Conference East Division game at Greenwood on Thursday.
