AUBURNDALE – The Auburndale volleyball team wrapped up its regular-season schedule with a 3-0 sweep of Abbotsford in a nonconference match Thursday night at Auburndale High School.

The Eagles won 25-16, 25-16, 25-20.

Brianna Weiler had seven kills, Josie Ertl and Georgi Schmutzer added six kills each, and Kaitlyn Kundinger and Nicole Marth both have five in a balanced attack for Auburndale.

Schmutzer had 22 assists, and Kundinger and Maddie Krings each had 10 digs in the victory for the Eagles.

Auburndale will host a WIAA Division 3 regional semifinal on Thursday, Oct. 22, against the winner of Tuesday’s quarterfinal match between Osseo-Fairchild and Augusta.
