WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The Wisconsin Rapids wrestling team clinched no worse than a share of the Wisconsin Valley Conference regular-season title with a 76-6 win over Wausau East on Thursday at Lincoln High School.
Wisconsin Rapids won five matches by forfeit and seven by pin as it rolled to the victory. East’s only win came by forfeit.
Wisconsin Rapids wrestles at Wausau West in its conference finale on Jan. 27.
