ROSHOLT BOYS BASKETBALL WINS OPENER AT BOWLER

BOWLER – Rosholt jumped out to a double-digit lead by halftime and held on to beat Bowler 70-52 in a nonconference boys basketball game Tuesday night to open the 2021-22 season.

Rosholt led 39-24 at halftime and were able to maintain its lead throughout.

Landon Zinda had 17 points and 17 rebounds, and Ethan Stroud added 15 points for the Hornets. Charlie Lorbiecki also chipped in 13 points and eight rebounds in the win.

Rosholt hosts Wabeno/Laona on Monday.
