PRENTICE – Despite big scoring games from Reed Duellman and Ryan Shaw, the Assumption boys basketball team lost a Marawood Conference crossover game at Prentice 85-72 on Friday night.
Duellman scored 27 points and Shaw added 24 for the Royals, who fall to 5-8 overall and 3-6 in the Marawood South.
Prentice made eight 3-pointers in the win to improve to 8-7 and 3-6 in the Marawood North. Alex Schantner led the Buccaneers with 27 points.
Assumption plays a Marawood South game at Wausau Newman Catholic on Tuesday. The game will be live at zaleskisports.com starting at 7:15 p.m.
