PLOVER LEGION EXTENDS WIN STREAK TO SIX WITH ROUT OF SHEBOYGAN

PLOVER – The Plover American Legion baseball team continued its hot streak with a 7-2 victory over Sheboygan on Friday night at Memorial Park.
The Black Sox (13-6) have now won six games in a row and will finish off their home tournament with games against Superior and Watertown at 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. Saturday. Both games will be live at zaleskisports.com.
Jake Sankey earned the win for Plover, going six innings and striking out eight. Thomas Hunt had two hits, including a double, and drove in two runs, and Drew Kedrowicz had a triple and two RBIs for the Black Sox.
