ROSHOLT GIRLS BASKETBALL STARTS STRONG, ROUTS TRI-COUNTY

ROSHOLT – Rosholt held Tri-County to just six first-half points and rolled to a 44-18 victory in a Central Wisconsin Conference South Division girls basketball game Friday night at Rosholt High School.
Rosholt raced out to a 21-6 lead by halftime and outscored the Penguins by 12 in the second half to win going away.
Alexi Lemanczyk had 12 points and Sarah Trzinski added 11 for the Hornets, who improve to 3-9 overall and 2-4 in the CWC South.
Rosholt plays at Pittsville on Tuesday.
