EDGAR'S BUNKELMAN THROWS PERFECT GAME AGAINST RIB LIKE

RIB LAKE, WI - Edgar Wildcats senior Jordan Bunkelman threw a perfect game on the road against the Rib Lake Redmen on Monday night. Bunkelman struck out seven Redmen in five innings of work while getting help defensively on four ground outs to claim the rare perfect game facing the minimum 15 batters.


Edgar plated runs in all five innings that was highlighted by a four-run third. Three leadoff walks followed by three RBI base hits by Everet Brehm, Jase Apfelbeck, and Bunkelman were the story of the third inning. Bunkelman tallied three RBI with Brehm and Ashton Schuett each knocked in a pair to lead Wildcats batters.
