WISCONSIN RAPIDS BOYS TENNIS OPENS SEASON AT KAUKAUNA INVITE

KAUKAUNA – The Wisconsin Rapids boys tennis team opened its season at the Kaukauna Invitational on Saturday.

Wisconsin Rapids’ No. 2 doubles team of James Baldwin and Carter Swen won two of three matches, beating Jonathan Muenchow and Evan Bergeman of Ripon, 6-3, 6-4, and Ben Oana and Miles Frohlich of Green Bay East 6-1, 6-0.

Elliot Schultz at No. 1 singles, and the No. 1 doubles team of Eric Huglen and Joey Bohman each finished 1-1, and Ryan Pidgeon at No. 3 singles was 1-2 at the tournament for Wisconsin Rapids.
