PACELLI GIRLS BASKETBALL CRUSHES TRI-COUNTY

PLAINFIELD – The Stevens Point Pacelli girls basketball team remains undefeated in the Central Wisconsin Conference South Division after posting a 61-32 win over Tri-County on Friday night at Tri-County High School.
The Cardinals improve to 10-5 overall and 7-0 in the CWC South, holding a tie with Wild Rose for the conference lead. The two teams will meet at Wild Rose on Monday at 6:30 p.m. and it will be live-streamed at zaleskisports.com.
Kaylin Yenter scored 15 points, Casey Vaughn added 13 points, Amelia Jacoby chipped in 12, and Ashley Strizel had 10 for the Cardinals.
Before the big conference matchup on Monday, Pacelli will play a nonconference game at Wisconsin Rapids Assumption on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. That game will also be live at zaleskisports.com.
