NEILLSVILLE BURIES SPENCER

SPORTSDESK - The Neillsville Warriors continue their march through the Cloverbelt East after dismantling the Spencer Rockets, 73-13. The win moves Neillsville to 5-1 in conference, joining Columbus Catholic and Loyal, Spencer drops to 2-5.


Neillsville got a game high 16 points from Bella Opelt on 7-10 shooting and 2-2 from the free throw line. Opelt was backed by solid performances from Riley Voigt and Alli Schoengarth with 15 and 14 points respectively.


Spencer was led by Aryiah Schuh with eight points.


Next up for Neillsville is a road game at Granton while Spencer is home vs Colby, both games scheduled for Thursday, January 9th.
