MOSINEE VOLLEYBALL EARNS HOME WIN OVER RHINELANDER

MOSINEE – The Mosinee volleyball team improved to 2-0 in the Great Northern Conference with a sweep of Rhinelander on Tuesday at Mosinee High School.

Mosinee won 25-10, 25-9, 25-17, and are now 11-1 overall. Rhinelander falls to 0-2 in GNC play and 3-9 overall.

Abbi Martin had 10 kills, Alexis Jonas had 15 assists, and Jessica Maurer had eight digs to lead the Indians in each category. Jessica Brown added six aces, and Hailey Shnowske and Claire Selenske both had seven digs for Mosinee.

Mosinee returns to action at the Auburndale Invitational on Saturday.
