WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Wisconsin Rapids sent Marshfield to its fourth-straight loss by defeating the Tigers 6-0 on Thursday night at Washington Elementary School.

Wisconsin Rapids, which is 4-1-1 in its last six games, is now 7-3-1 overall and 5-2 in the Wisconsin Valley Conference. Marshfield falls to 2-6-1 and 1-5-1 in conference play.

Both teams return to Wisconsin Valley Conference action Tuesday. Marshfield will be at Merrill and Wisconsin Rapids will host first-place Stevens Point.
