WISCONSIN BASKETBALL COACHES ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCES ACADEMIC ALL-STATE TEAM

The Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association announced its Academic All-State Team for 2020-21.


The WBCA recognizes both teams and individuals who have achieved great success in the classroom. To be recognized, WBCA member coaches were required to nominate their players and/or team.


The Edgar girls basketball team ranked second among Division 5 teams with a 3.95 grade-point average, and the Greenwood boys team ranked second among Division 5 teams with a 3.55 GPA.


Edgar senior Drew Guden, Marathon senior Brock Warren and Mosinee senior Cyle Kowalski were among the 15 players on the individual academic all-state boys team.
