WILD ROSE GIRLS BASKETBALL CRUISES PAST IOLA-SCANDINAVIA

WILD ROSE – Laney Havlovitz drilled four 3-pointers in the first half and scored 13 of her game-high 18 points as Wild Rose rolled past Iola-Scandinavia 66-40 in a nonconference girls basketball game Monday at Wild Rose High School.
Wild Rose cruised out to a 41-19 lead by halftime and had no trouble holding on from there, improving to 2-0 this season.
Havlovitz finished with 18 points and Orria Wood added 15 in the win for the Wildcats.
Madeline Much scored 10 points to lead Iola-Scandinavia (1-1).
Both teams return to action Tuesday, Nov. 30. Wild Rose will be at Wisconsin Rapids Assumption and Iola-Scandinavia will host Pittsville.
