SPORTSDESK - The SPASH girls basketball team rebounded from a 20 point conference loss at the hands of Wausau West by defeating Chippewa Falls Saturday by a score of 69-40. The non-conference win levels the Panthers season record to 3-3.

In the Saturday contest, Zoe Fink and Emma Jossie paced the Panthers with 15 points each. Tahlia Moe knocked in 11 while Jossie also pulled down nine rebounds.

“We had a nice stretch in the second half where we put it all together. We defended well, rebounded well, and ran some nice offense to allow us to pull away", said head coach Kraig Terpstra.

SPASH (1-2) returns to Wisconsin Valley Conference action at home on Tuesday vs Marshfield (0-3).
