SPASH GIRLS BASKETBALL FALLS AT HOME TO CHIPPEWA

SPORTSDESK - The SPASH Panthers suffered its second non-conference loss on the season Saturday at home to Chippewa Falls. SPASH got a combined 44 points from Leah Earnest and Zoe Fink while the Cardinals featured three in double-digits, earning the win 82-75.


Aside from Earnest (28) and Fink (16), the Panthers couldn't find a scorer with more than six points to help the cause. Chippewa's Aaliyna Mc Millan led the way in Cardinals scoring with 27 and was helped by Caelyn Givens (19) and Ashley Hanley (12).


SPASH is now 3-2 on the season and 1-0 in the Wisconsin Valley Conference. Next up for the Panthers is a road game at Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln on Friday, December 20th with tip set for 6pm. You can watch the game live at zaleskisports.com/live-sports.
