MARSHFIELD VOLLEYBALL MOVES TO 6-0 WITH SWEEP OF HORTONVILLE
MARSHFIELD – Casey Frankland had 10 kills, and Taylor Barwick had 28 assists as the Marshfield volleyball team kept its perfect season going with a 3-0 sweep of Hortonville in a Wisconsin Valley Conference match Friday night at Marshfield High School.
Elise Uphoff and Brooklyn Boushack each had 13 digs, Boushack added nine kills, and Rylee Corteen chipped in seven kills for the Tigers, who are now 6-0 in the WVC this season. Hortonville falls to 2-1.
Quincy Lang added four service kills in the win for Marshfield.
Marshfield returns to action Tuesday at home against Wausau West.
