WILD ROSE GIRLS BASKETBALL BLASTS NORTHLAND LUTHERAN IN SEASON OPENER

KROENENWETTER – Laney Havlovitz scored 21 points to lead four players in double figures as the Wild Rose girls basketball team blew past Northland Lutheran 76-22 in a nonconference game Thursday at Northland Lutheran High School.


Cali Havlovitz added 18 points, Orria Wood had 17 and Clare Williams scored 11 for Wild Rose, which held Northland Lutheran to just six made baskets.


Wild Rose hosts Iola-Scandinavia for its home opener on Monday.
