SPENCER VOLLEYBALL FALLS AT HOME TO GILMAN

SPENCER – Gilman swept Spencer in a Cloverbelt Conference East Division volleyball match 3-0 on Thursday at Spencer High School.

Gilman won 25-12, 25-14, 25-18, to win its first match of the season (1-2). Spencer falls to 0-3.

Hayly Smith had four kills, Elexa Post had 11 digs, and Zalexis Mannigel had six assists and four digs for the Rockets.

Spencer returns to action Tuesday at Loyal.
