NEKOOSA EDGES ROSHOLT BOYS BASKETBALL

NEKOOSA – Nekoosa outscored Rosholt by four points in the second half to edge Rosholt 55-52 in a nonconference boys basketball game on Tuesday at Nekoosa High School.
Rosholt led 22-21 at halftime before Nekoosa rallied to earn the win in a close contest.
Charlie Lorbiecki had 15 points, Jake Lemke had 11 points and seven rebounds, and Skylar Flitz added 10 points for Rosholt, which drops to 4-3 this season. Nekoosa is now 5-3.
Rosholt is off until Jan. 7 when it hosts Port Edwards in a Central Wisconsin Conference South Division game.
