Much like yesterday's game vs Janesville Parker, Thursday's game against Brookfield East is going to be a big test for the Tigers.
Brookfield East’s record at just 3-4 is a tough indicator of how their season has gone up to this point. The Spartans started the year 3-0 but have lost four games in a row, if you take out their 31-point loss to 5th ranked Sussex Hamilton, Brookfield East has lost their last three games by an average of just four points, and they will be looking to end that losing streak against Marshfield.
The Spartans are led in scoring by a four-headed monster in junior Andrew Graf (17.4PPG), senior Ben Schneider (14.7PPG), senior Joe Stewart (12.5ppg), and senior Nollenn Tabaska (12.1PPG and 7.8RPG).
The Spartans have all the making of ending their four-game losing streak on Thursday afternoon against Marshfield if their scoring can be efficient, and defense can slow down the Tigers.
Should be another good test for both teams before the calendar flips to the new year and before the long stretch of their conference seasons gets underway.
