WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Megan Clary poured in 30 points and Wisconsin Rapids hit eight 3-pointers as the Raiders defeated Wausau East 62-44 in a Wisconsin Valley Conference girls basketball game Tuesday at Lincoln High School.


The win keeps Wisconsin Rapids undefeated in the WVC this season at 5-0 and the Raiders improve to 6-5 overall.


Chelsea King added 13 points, and Avery Brise and Meghan Jochimsen each connected on a pair of 3-pointers for the Raiders.


Wausau East drops to 2-9 overall and 0-4 in the Wisconsin Valley Conference.


Wisconsin Rapids plays at Wausau West (4-0 WVC) in a showdown of Valley unbeatens at 7:15 p.m. Friday.
