WISCONSIN RAPIDS RANGERS ARE GOING TO STATE

SPORTSDESK - The Wisconsin Rapids Rangers have advanced to the 2019 State Legion Tournament after defeating Stevens Point 2-1. Tournament MVP, Donovan Brandl, pitched five innings for the Rangers before being relived by Caleb Krommenaker. Krommenaker notched a strikeout of Stevens Point's Reece Gaber to end the game at 2-1 and advance Wisconsin Rapids to the state tournament.





The Rangers will take on host Chippewa Falls on Friday, July 26th with first pitch scheduled for 7pm. You can watch the game at zaleskisports.com/live-sports. The Rangers are joined in the eight team field by; Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Marinette, Oconomowoc, Oshkosh, Appleton and Rock County.
