WAUSAU – Stevens Point used four pins and five forfeits to defeat Wausau East 58-12 in a Wisconsin Valley Conference wrestling dual Thursday at East High School.


Hunter Prisk (113 pounds), Charlie Heikkinen (138), Kale Roth (145) and T.J. Schierl earned pins for Stevens Point, and Conner Seavers won a major decision at 182 in the victory, the Panthers first in three WVC duals this year.


Stevens Point hosts a 10-team invitational on Saturday.
