SPENCER NAMES 2020 SCHOLAR ATHLETES

Thirteenth in our alphabetical series of Cloverbelt Conference 2020 Scholar Athletes

Austin Bacon

Being a part of all these different teams has taught me how to work with all different types of people. This has created the ability to interact with people who are different than me.

I plan to go to UW-Eau Claire, but am currently undecided for my major. I am also looking to get a job in the business field.

Hannah Zastrow

I have been greatly appreciative of the academic and athletic success I have had throughout my high school career. Through my academic success, I have become more focused and open-minded during stressful situations. Through my athletics, I learned the importance of perseverance through tough obstacles. My athletic success has combined with my academic success to make me a more motivated and competitive person. I want to pursue a degree in Packaging Engineering which I know will require a lot of focus and time.

The experiences I have gained through my athletic and academic success have helped shape me into the person I want to be. I know that the values I have gained from my athletics and academics will stay with me forever when I work to achieve my future goals.

I want to graduate in 4 years with a degree in Packaging Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. I hope to take my degree and work to produce more environmentally friendly packaging.
