SPENCER – The Spencer boys basketball team earned its first victory of the season, defeating Westfield 62-29 in a nonconference game Tuesday night at the Spencer Dome.

Noah Schultz scored 18 points and Connor Bacon added 13 for the Rockets, who are now 1-3 this season.

Westfield drops to 0-3.

Spencer will play a Cloverbelt Conference East Division game at Owen-Withee on Thursday.
