SPENCER – Spencer scored three runs in the first inning, added another in the second, and held on for a 4-3 win over Owen-Withee in Cloverbelt Conference East Division baseball action Friday at Spencer High School.

Chase Higgins had two hits and scored twice for the Rockets.

Dom Post threw a complete game for Spencer, striking out four and walking three.

The Rockets (2-5, 2-2 Cloverbelt East) will play Tuesday at Neillsville.
