SPASH'S LEAH EARNEST CONTINUES TO ILLUMINATE SCOREBOARDS
SPORTSDESK - SPASH's Leah Earnest broke the school record for single game scoring, her own record (11/23/19), on Friday with 41 points vs Merrill. On Tuesday Earnest kept the official scorer busy as she unleashed 38 points against Oshkosh North. The 79 points in two games also helped her Panthers post two more wins and move their record to 6-4 overall, 3-0 in the Wisconsin Valley Conference.
On Tuesday, Earnest was helped by Emma Jossie with 13 points, the only other Panther in double-digit scoring. Earnest also grabbed 13 rebounds during the contest. North was led by Emma Lieb with 11 points as SPASH topped North, 84-42.
Earnest and the Panthers travel to Schofield on Friday for a Wisconsin Valley Conference game against DC Everest with tip set for 7:15pm.
