SPASH BOYS TENNIS DOWNS WAUSAU WEST IN WVC OPENER

WAUSAU – Stevens Point won all three doubles matches and three of four in singles to defeat Wausau West 6-1 in the Wisconsin Valley Conference boys tennis season opener Thursday at West High School.
Matt Davis, Mason DeBot and Winston Hill all won in straight sets in singles for SPASH.
Stevens Point will play at the De Pere Invitational on Saturday. West returns to action Tuesday at Wisconsin Rapids.
