PITTSVILLE – The Pittsville River Bandits amateur baseball team dropped a hard-fought 5-4 decision to the Medford Moondogs on Sunday.

Nathan Dupee went 4-for-5 with an RBI, and Jordan Rayburn and Casey Krohn each had two hits for Pittsville.

Kole Karaba picked up the win for Medford, with Sawyer Ladick suffering the loss for Pittsville.

Pittsville plays at the Everest Merchants at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
