TIGERTON – The Pittsville girls basketball team dominated the first half and rolled to a 59-26 win over Tigerton in a nonconference game Monday at Tigerton High School.

Pittsville pulled out to a 31-8 lead by halftime and maintained its big lead in the second half, outscoring the Tigers by 10.

Pittsville statistics were not reported.

Pittsville improves to 5-3 with the win. The Panthers will be back in action Dec. 28 at home against Abbotsford.
