PACELLI VOLLEYBALL DEFEATS PORT EDWARDS TO STAY UNBEATEN IN CWC SOUTH

PORT EDWARDS – The Stevens Point Pacelli volleyball team remained unbeaten in Central Wisconsin Conference South Division action with a 3-0 sweep of Port Edwards on Monday night at Port Edwards High School.

The Cardinals won 25-20, 25-22, 25-13, to improve to 3-0 in the conference. Port Edwards falls to 3-1.

Lain Ilkka had 13 kills, Kylie Struble had 16 digs and five service aces, and Claire Sobczak had 21 assists for Pacelli.

Grace Auer added nine kills, Casey Vaughn had seven kills and 15 digs,a nd Emma Reinke had nine assists as well for the Cardinals.

Pacelli will play at Almond-Bancroft on Tuesday.
