PACELLI BOYS BASKETBALL ROUTS TRI-COUNTY IN CWC SOUTH OPENER

PLAINFIELD – The Stevens Point Pacelli boys basketball team shot 50 percent from the field, made nine 3-pointers, and went on to defeat Tri-County 78-28 in the Central Wisconsin Conference South Division opener for both teams on Tuesday night at Tri-County High School.


Asher Jordan had 17 points, Camden Schurk scored 15 points, and Nick Fox had 12 points and 12 rebounds for the Cardinals, who are now 1-1 this season.


Pacelli cruised out to a 42-16 lead by halftime, taking control early.


Pacelli hosts Rosholt for a CWC South contest at 7:15 p.m. Friday. The game will be live at zaleskisports.com.
