NEILLSVILLE GIRLS BASKETBALL SLAMS MONDOVI IN DIVISION 4 REGIONAL SEMIFINAL

NEILLSVILLE – Neillsville outscored Mondovi by 27 points in the first half and cruised to a 59-27 win in a WIAA Division 4 girls basketball regional semifinal Friday night at Neillsville High School.
Neillsville pulled out to a 40-13 lead by halftime and finished off the victory.
Sydney Subke scored 11 points, and Emma Moseley, Paris Opelt and Amelia Trunkel each added nine for the Warriors.
Morgan Clark had 10 points to lead Mondovi (10-15).
No. 2 seed Neillsville (23-2) will host a regional final against No. 3 seed Colfax (23-2) at 7 p.m. Saturday.
