MOSINEE GIRLS SOCCER SHUTS OUT MERRILL IN SEASON OPENER

MERRILL – The Mosinee girls soccer team opened up its 2022 campaign with a 6-0 shutout of Merrill in a nonconference game Tuesday at Jay Stadium.

Kaitlyn Selle had three goals and two assists, Hallie Kramer added two goals and an assist, and Gabby Munoz tallied Mosinee’s other goal in the victory.

Jessica Brown had to make just one save in goal for Mosinee.

Mosinee opens its Great Northern Conference season Thursday at Lakeland.
