HUDSON BLANKS STEVENS POINT IN WIAA DIVISION 1 BOYS HOCKEY SECTIONAL SEMIFINAL

HUDSON – Hudson outshot Stevens Point 32-12 and rolled to a 7-0 shutout in a WIAA Division 1 boys hockey sectional semifinal Wednesday.


Hudson (23-3) moves on to a sectional final against Superior (10-16-1) on Friday at 7:30 p.m. at Chippewa Falls. Stevens Point ends its season with a 22-5 record.


Alex Pottratz had two goals and an assist, and Brayden Hess also scored twice for the Raiders.


Aiden Tepper-Engh saved all 12 shots he faced in goal for Hudson.


Johnathon Nafe had 25 saves in goal for Stevens Point.
