COLBY – Colby scored seven touchdowns in the first half to make quick work of Ladysmith, rolling to a 62-6 win in a nonconference football game Friday night at Colby High School.

Quarterback Brent Jeske ran for touchdowns of 13 and 22 yards, and threw a 59-yard TD pass to Brandon Voelker, Mason Voss had a pair of touchdown runs, and Caden Healy and Tevin Rue each added rushing touchdowns in the first half for the Hornets, who are now 7-1 this season.

Colby will look to wrap up an undefeated Marawood Conference championship when it hosts Auburndale on Oct. 15.
