MARION – The Rosholt girls basketball team limited Marion to just eight made baskets and cruised to a 42-20 win in a nonconference game Thursday at Marion High School.
The Hornets led 19-12 at halftime and held Marion to just eight second-half points to finish off the victory.
Alexi Lemanczyk and Lily Lorbiecki each scored nine points, and Sarah Trzinski added eight for Rosholt (5-14). Lorbiecki and Trzinski both grabbed 12 rebounds as well.
Rosholt plays a nonconference game at Weyauwega-Fremont on Saturday at 6 p.m.
