STEVENS POINT – Braeden Flaker had a hat trick as the Stevens Point Pacelli defeated Northland Lutheran 5-3 in a Central Wisconsin Conference soccer match Tuesday.

Flaker scored twice and Keagan Austreng added another goal as Pacelli (1-1 overall and CWC) built a 3-2 lead by halftime.

Flaker and Max Graebic added goals in the second half as the Cardinals were able to pull away.

Dakota Wrezinski, Graebic and Jacob Hasler each had assists for Pacelli. Grant Hinker saved eight shots in goal for the Cardinals.

Joshua Zhao scored all three goals for Northland Lutheran (0-2 overall and CWC).

Pacelli plays a conference game at Amherst on Thursday at 5 p.m. The game will be live at zaleskisports.com.
