PACELLI FOOTBALL SHUTS OUT WILD ROSE TO FINISH REGULAR SEASON UNBEATEN

WILD ROSE – The Stevens Point Pacelli football team finished off an undefeated Central Wisconsin Conference Small Division championship season with a 62-0 whitewashing of Wild Rose on Friday night at Wild Rose High School.


Brycen Cashin rushed for 169 yards and two touchdowns, Nick Schroeder added 96 yards rushing and three scores, and quarterback Drew Kedrowicz threw TD passes of 53 yards to Brock BIrrenkott and 10 yards to Asher Jordan in the win for the Cardinals.


Pacelli finishes the regular season with a perfect 9-0 record overall and a 7-0 mark in the CWC Small. The Cardinals are the No. 3 seed in their WIAA Division 7 bracket and will host conference-rival Wisconsin Rapids Assumption (6-3) at a time to be announced. Pacelli defeated Assumption 49-20 in their conference matchup on Sept. 10.
