MOSINEE BOYS BASKETBALL RUNS RECORD TO 4-0 WITH WIN AT WISCONSIN RAPIDS

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Mosinee scored the first seven points of the game and never looked back, rolling to a 72-47 nonconference win over Wisconsin Rapids on Tuesday night at Lincoln High School.
The Indians led 32-21 at halftime and used a 14-8 run to start the second to take a commanding 46-29 advantage and were able to maintain their double-digit lead from there.
Davin Stoffel scored 21 points, Trenton Dorn added 14, and Drake Grod made three 3-pointers and scored 11 points for Mosinee.
Cade Jungwirth had 13 points and Jabari Anderson 12 for Wisconsin Rapids.
Mosinee is now 4-0 this season and travels to Tomahawk on Friday for a Great Northern Conference game. Wisconsin Rapids falls to 1-3 and will host Stevens Point on Friday in a girls-boys doubleheader that starts at 6:30 p.m. Both Rapids-Point games will be live at zaleskisports.com.
