EDGAR GIRLS BASKETBALL EARNS MARAWOOD CROSSOVER WIN OVER PRENTICE

PRENTICE – Skylee Manecke went 7-for-7 at the free throw line and scored a game-high 14 points to help lift the Edgar girls basketball team to a 61-42 win over Prentice in a Marawood Conference crossover game Monday at Prentice High School.
Leah Davis added 12 points and Morgan Schnelle had 10 for the Wildcats, who are now 4-2 overall and 2-2 in the Marawood South.
Kali Heikkenen had 11 points for Prentice (1-6, 1-4 Marawood North).
Edgar hosts Stratford on Thursday in a Marawood Conference South Division contest. The game will be live at zaleskisports.com.
