COLBY GIRLS BASKETBALL DEFEATS RIB LAKE, ENDS EIGHT-GAME LOSING STREAK

COLBY – The Colby girls basketball team ended an eight-game losing skid with a 53-46 nonconference win over Rib Lake on Monday night at Colby High School.


Hayden Willner had 13 points to lead a balanced scoring attack for Colby, which improves to 2-8 this season.


Danielle Mann hit five 3-pointers and scored a game-high 15 points for Rib Lake (2-6).


Colby returns to Cloverbelt Conference East Division play at Spencer on Thursday.
