ATHENS GIRLS BASKETBALL REMAINS PERFECT WITH WIN OVER RIB LAKE

ATHENS – Addison Lavicka scored 27 points to lead the Athens girls basketball team to a 60-48 win over Rib Lake in a Marawood Conference North Division game Tuesday at Athens High School.

With the win Athens remains undefeated at 6-0 overall and 4-0 in the Marawood North. Rib Lake drops to 1-4 and 1-2 in conference play.

Sophia Coker and Jazelle Hartwig each added nine points for the Bluejays.

Athens hosts Stratford for a Marawood Conference crossover game Friday.
